The property is fully leased to BlueSprig Pediatrics, which recently merged with Florida Autism Center and Fusion Autism Center to become the leading provider of applied behavior analysis therapy services in the southern United States for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Health Minister Robin Swann has announced a major expansion of Northern Ireland's Covid-19 vaccination programme to help meet current and forthcoming demand for booster doses. It comes after the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) recommended the phased extension of the booster programme to all adult age groups. It advised that boosters should now be offered to everyone aged 18 and over in order of descending age groups, with priority given to the vaccination of older adults and those in Covid-19 at-risk groups. Booster vaccination can now be given from three months of completion of the primary course. Mr Swann said: "I very much welcome the JCVI's guidance which has been updated in light of the emerging situation with the Omicron variant. CHILLICOTHE— Adena Health System is now offering COVID-19 vaccines for children 5-11 years old, said Communications Manager Jason Gilham.  Same-day appointments are available at Adena Pediatrics located in the medical office building, located at 4439 OH-159, Chillicothe, on the Adena Regional Medical Center campus.  Hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Parents and guardians can call 740-779-4300 to schedule an appointment or even simply ask for their child to receive the vaccine during an upcoming scheduled appointment. Afsaneh Barzi, MD, PhD: Ivosidenib was also FDA approved this year for patients with cholangiocarcinoma and an IDH mutation. There was a randomized study looking at ivosidenib versus placebo, allowing the patients on placebo to be switched over to ivosidenib. It showed an improvement in the PFS [progression-free survival], which was the basis for FDA approval. In the control arm, the PFS was 1.4 months, and in the ivosidenib arm the PFS was 2.7 months with a hazard ratio of 0.37, and a significant P value. Although numerically it's a small improvement, it is a very respectable hazard ratio of 0.37, so I think it is an active drug. It is an oral agent. The one thing about the drug that's very interesting is one of the most common toxicities is ascites.
